Tool Design
Our Design Center is equipped with the latest 3D CAD/CAM/CAE software Tools including Unigraphics and Mould Flow Analysis. We use UG Mold Wizard module to split the Core/Cavity and Progressive Die Wizard to design Press Tools.

Product Design
We provide complete turn-key product design services from concept to final design and can also undertake reverse engineering projects. Modules from physical samples can be developed. ZEISS, CMM and Halos software are used for scanning and model development, which can be further modified with CAD software to suit customer requirements.

Quality Assurance
Glocon is committed to quality improvements through the TQM process in order to provide our customers the highest quality products. Our QC Department uses the following equipment to ensure quality and precision:
